Terms and Conditions for Two Oceans Travel & Tours. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Two Oceans Travel & Tours. By booking with us, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your booking, payment, and use of our services.1. Booking and Payment Requirements. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, payable at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the selected payment plan or by the final payment deadline, typically at least 30 days before the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.2. Payment Plans-If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to the terms set forth in our Payment Plan Terms and Conditions. All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable, including the deposit, and missed payments may result in additional fees or booking cancellation.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Customer-Initiated Cancellation: All payments are non-refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason. This policy applies to the full payment amount, including deposits and installments. Company-Initiated Cancellation: If we must cancel the trip due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health crises), we will make every effort to offer alternative dates or a credit towards future travel. Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Transfer of Booking: If allowed, bookings may be transferred to another person subject to a transfer fee and any additional charges imposed by third-party providers.4. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss arising during or in connection with your trip. Customers are responsible for understanding the terms of their travel insurance coverage and for any costs not covered by their policy.5. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, appropriate visas, and any required vaccinations or health clearances. No refunds will be provided if you are unable to travel due to failure to meet these requirements.6. Changes to Itinerary and Services-Two Oceans Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or services at our discretion or as necessary due to conditions beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall quality and content of the trip but cannot be held liable for any changes that may alter the planned experience.7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to personal injury, health risks, property loss, and transportation delays. Two Oceans Travel & Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or actions by third parties.8. Behavior and Compliance-All Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Two Oceans Travel & Tours reserves the right to remove any Customer who engages in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund.Customers must comply with all instructions from tour guides or representatives and respect local laws, customs, and cultural practices.9. Use of Personal Information-By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes related to your trip, such as booking confirmations, updates, and marketing communications. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for booking and facilitating your travel arrangements.10. Limitation of Liability-Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the trip. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your travel experience.11. Governing Law-These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.12. Acknowledgment and Acceptance-By booking with Two Oceans Travel & Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to read these Terms and Conditions does not exempt you from adhering to them. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
